We host a variety of group fitness classes for every fitness level. Descriptions of each class offered are below. Classes are open to the public ages 18+ or ages 12+ with a parent only.
$5 per class for members; $15 per class for non-members.
Barre Above® with Liz!
Liz is certified by Barre Above®, a fun and dynamic full-body workout program created by elite fitness educators Leslee Bender, Tricia Murphy-Madden and Lauren George. This barre class is low-impact and help improve posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Barre Above® blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method, delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training to each class. No dance experience is needed for this fun, energizing class!

Functional Fitness is a 60-minute class that focuses on functional movement and strength patterns designed to increase flexibility and strength for daily activities. Resistance bands and light weights will be used for strength exercises and chairs are provided for balance.

Everyone can benefit from our 75-minute restorative yoga class. You will enjoy a purposeful flow to increase your heart rate and core strength with mindful movement. This is followed by a slower sequence of deep breathing and gentle stretching to wipe out the stress of your day. It is a perfect class to allow your body and mind to to let go.
Fridays @ 10am with Liz
This class combines elements of our traditional barre class with classic mat pilates exercises. It is a low-impact workout that uses pilates rings, Pilates balls and the ballet barre to stretch and sculpt your body from head to toe!
Mondays @ 6:30pm with Malkam
This introductory self-defense class focuses on the fundamentals of Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu. Class begins with stretching and breathing exercises, transitioning into dynamic drills that acquaint new students with stances for practical self-defense. Each student progresses at their own pace and can maintain their own intensity level. Routine practice leads to physical conditioning, increased flexibility, greater self-discipline, and the ability to defend oneself.
Saturdays @ 9:30am
In our 75-minute Vinyasa Flow class you can expect a moderately flowing series of connected poses that ends with a short, rejuvenating savasana. You will focus on linking your breath to movement to achieve balance in the mind and body.

Warm up and detoxify your mind and body in our moderately paced, invigorating Heated Yoga class. The studio is heated to 85 degrees to allow you to safely reach new levels of flexibility. This class is the perfect way to reset and ease tension.

Barre Above® is a unique approach to barre workouts and does not require any dance experience. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strengthening dance exercises, Barre Above® will sculpt and transform your entire body.

High-energy class that combines intervals of aerobic conditioning, kickboxing drills, and body-weight exercises. Get a full-body burn with this fun and intense class.

Fridays @ 6pm with Jory
Three classes in one hour! You will start with 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength training and end with 20 minutes of flexibility and stretching exercises. This class will always offer something different!
Wednesdays @ 7am with Jory
Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training that follows a pattern of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest. Each class will incorporate a variety of exercises to burn fat and build muscle.
Tuesdays @ 6pm with Sara
Saturdays @ 8:30am with Sara
Advanced conditioning class that incorporates TRX, battle ropes, cardio drills, resistance and weight training. Boost cardio endurance and increase muscle tone in this total-body, fat-burning workout.
Wednesdays @ 10am with Liz
Get lean and toned in this back-to-the-basics bootcamp workout! This class uses kettlebells, body-weight exercises, and cardiovascular training that challenge you to push yourself no matter what level you are at. This class will be held outside when weather allows.

Wednesdays @ 6:30pm with Malkam
This class emphasizes advanced martial arts forms and techniques, giving the student hands on self-defense experience. Students will study grappling, wrestling, hand-to-hand, and weapons combat styles while reinforcing basic stances. Each class will discuss the methods of Shaolin Kung Fu and ways to incorporate the movements into practical solutions for real-world scenarios. Shaolin Kung Fu focuses on body conditioning, stances and forms, and sparring.
