Classes are open to the public ages 18+ or ages 12+ with a parent only.
Online or phone reservation is strongly recommended as class sizes are limited!
Unless otherwise noted, classes are $20 for non-members and $10 for members.
Monday at 10am
Medium-intensity class with fun variations each week featuring a mix of strength training, aerobics, TRX, and core work. Bring your positive attitude and have some fun!
Tuesday + Thursday at 9:30am
Flow gently through movements blending mobility and balance in this beginner-friendly, "yoga-ish" class. Find joy and relaxation in moving naturally and stretching!
Liz has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor for over 10 years and has been at Kinetic since we opened 5 years ago! She is also a Barre Above Certified Instructor and TRX Qualified Training Coach. Liz specializes in strength training and weight management plans for all ages. She is always having fun and helps her clients enjoy exercise!
Jen is a certified 500-hour yoga instructor with over 15 years experience specializing in yoga for healthy aging and natural movement. Jen is also a Senior Fitness Specialist certified through AFPA. She often uses props and offers a variety of movements so everyone can feel successful in practicing yoga. Jen believes that movement should build you up, not tear you down.
